Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were super attentive and service was great. Pool was amazing and requires a reservation to maintain a nice limit of 8 people at a time. Hotel room was large and fit a family of four with 2 twins placed next to each other. Would highly recommend!

Location is perfect for shinkansen, metro and train. The room has great view, cleaning, amenities and comfort. All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care. All food and beverages (breakfast, lounge, room service and at restaurants) are very delicious with high quality ingredients). Thanks a lot to Mr. Matthias and all Shangri-La Tokyo Staff for this great hospitality and created value.

It was too relaxing and comfortable, making me want to stay in more than I should have. The pajamas were amazing for sleep. The air con is a little dated but that’s the only real downside. The breakfast is pricey but you are also paying for the service and ambiance. Gym is tiny. Location is great.
