Best place to stay if you are going to Tokyo and staying In Shibuya. This place is so convenient close to everything. Shibuya crossing, cat street, subway, all within walking distance. Place is super nice and modern can’t beat the view from your room. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone visiting Japan.

The hotel doesnt have basic amenities for high profile Shibuya. Had to go shopping for an iron. Basic bathroom amenities like lotion, shaving things, shower cap, cotton application need to be grabbed in lobby out of trays similar to candy buckets. We asked about staying an extra night and the young staff seemed confused by the request. After waiting over 5 min we chose to not stay. Though nice, it seemed too difficult a request. This hotel felt more like an upgraded hostel.

Overwhelmed with choices, this worked out nicely

The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel.

This hotel was excellent. There was always a staff member on site who spoke English, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. We were worried about space but found the rooms to be more spacious than expected. The water pressure of the showers was AMAZING. The onsite coffee shop and bar were wonderful. The hotel was about a 10min walk from the shibuya station but very close the shibuya scramble. We were also very close to a park which was very lively and made for a great walk in and out of the hotel. We took a taxi one night from Shinjuku and only paid about $20 for the fare. Overall it was extremely well located and very clean.
