Great Japanese style hotel very close to Gotanda Station, a little bit of noise from trains passing by but not a big deal, I would definitely stay here again.

Hi would highly recommend staying here as it is a very authentic Japanese experience. The tatami beds are surprisingly comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here, itโ€™s close to Gotanda station and supermarket/ family mart are very close by. Please keep in mind that the walls are quite thin so its important to keep quiet to respect other guests, also you can hear the train as it goes past but that didnโ€™t us at all.

If you want to experience a Japanese style room experience, this might be for you. You get a small tatami room with futons, shared bath and toilets (kept immaculately clean) in a older Japanese style house (narrow staircase, sliding doors, etc) but recently rennovated with modern conveniences. The Gotanda neighbourhood is extremely interesting, a wonderful combination of old and new. The walk along the river is exceptionally beautiful.
