This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back.

Fantastic room amenities! Comfy bed. We should have ask for more supportive pillows, but that is on us, not them. Excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great view. Loved having the room humidifier. We plan to stay here again during our next visit.

I enjoyed my stay so much. The location is great my room was spotless. I ate in the upstairs tappanaki restaurant and enjoyed my meal. I would come back to this hotel on my next visit. Everyone was so helpful. They really went out of their way to try and make me happy

Nice hotel with many amenities, excellent service and attentiveness from staffs. A lot of discounts and offered included, especially the subway pass was great. Room was a bit old and feel outdated, but very clean. Would have rate a 5 if room was more modernized
