The room was very clean but the property was a bit dated. Also we wanted to get a cup of coffee in the bar area but were told we needed a reservation despite the place being only 50% full. That seemed odd to us. Additionally there was very limited seating in the lobby and so we were sitting on a half wall area but were rudely shooed away which was embarrassing for us.

Convenient location close to train and dining. Staff was very helpful but English was a challenge for some of them. Concierge was helpful but sent us to an attraction on a day it was closed. Had we checked ourselves we would have seen that it was always closed on that day of the week.

We had two adjoining rooms and although dated, they were much more comfortable and spacious than other Japanese hotels. The breakfast was good and the staff overall are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It’s a good location if you don’t want to walk outside and be in the midst of millions of people. It’s easy to get around via the subway and there’s enough within walking distance including a couple parks for kids. After leaving and seeing the quality and conditions of other hotels I wish we would have stayed longer

In my opinion, this hotel is one of the best in Tokyo. Easy to reach from the airports, easy to reach major destinations in the metro, clean, quiet and has great people working there. Check in and out is super quick. There are many great places to eat and shop at nearby. I love Ningyocho!

My go-to hotel in Tokyo since 90s. Its location is perfect for me with TCAT for Haneda/ Narita airport. Within short walking distances, there are so many excellent dining options and one metro line runs under the property and you can explore Tokyo easily. The hotel is dead quiet and maintained clean and the staff is always helpful.

The Perfect Tokyo Abode

We absolutely loved this hotel! Great accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. If you decide to stay here I would highly recommend upgrading to a room on the executive floor. The breakfasts in the executive dining area were our favorite part of starting each day.

Very helpful staff in lobby. Had the breakfast pkg, which was nice and tasty.however daily found they were slow to refill dishes (sliced bananas, rice, Japanese fish dishes) & favorite drinks such as orange juice& sometimes water, Our room was clean, however shows signs of wear & tear. Curtains thin so light shines through thin fabric areas. Carpet clean but aged. We will recommend hotel & likely stay here due to locale. Convenient to subway & T-CAT.

I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi. Great place to stay, including location, hotel, restaurants, amenities, gym, and staff. It was an excellent experience.
