What a great hotel! We booked a room with four twin beds for our family of four. It was right on space so we were especially glad we traveled with just travel backpack and packable duffle bags for souvenirs. There would not have been enough room for full size suit cases. Our room was clean and all the toiletries were in the lobby for us to take as needed. The staff were very friendly and communicating was easy. That being said, I’d like to extend my gratitude to the staff for their English speaking skills.

What a great value for an in city, Tokyo hotel! While we did not have the breakfast buffet in the morning, we took advantage of the coffee and other amenities provided. Pajamas, and slippers were very nice and bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was surprisingly very quiet at night. Super easy to get around with local subway stops. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The views from the 5th floor deck are amazing. The downside is that the room is small if 2 people are in the room at the same time it’s hard to move around. The room was smaller than most cabins I’ve had on cruise ships or hotels in NYC.
