We had excellent service throughout our stay at Remm plus. Rooms were decent size. Breakfast was the main highlight for us. Will definitely stay again in the future.

For a non japanese speaker there is only one TV channel (CNN). Boring. The room is too small for a big massage sofa. Take that off. There is no closets or room for the suitcases

Nice quiet spot, walkable to the main parts of Ginza. Room was small but functional. We were able to arrange earlier check in for a fee which was great after a long travel day. Overall would definitely recommend. Only note would be that the beds are a bit firm.

Not enough amenities such as coffee machine, accessories for skincare etc. Air conditioning did not work well, had very poor sleep during our stay. Staff did not understand English well. Very difficult to communicate.
