What a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was extremely cozy and comfortable. Had a massage chair that came in handy after a long day of walking and exploring. Walking distance to train, subway and many attractions. Great shopping at your door step. Seven eleven around the corner. Make sure you try egg salad sandwich. Highly recommended this hotel.

Excellent location with access to main/quite a few stations to allow travel within Tokyo and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel also provides/arranges for luggage transfer to other cities which is very helpful. Delicious food right across the hotel (Annam) and room was always cleaned to a very good standard.

Well located, great value for money hotel. Staff were friendly, with excellent daily housekeeping (a lot of Japanese hotels are moving away from this). The rooms are small, but this is usual for Tokyo. I thought the massage chair would be a bit of gimic that took up much needed space, but it was actually really comfortable after long walking days! Perhaps there could be a communal area where chairs could be located freeing up space in the rooms? I’d be happy to stay here again, and would recommend both the hotel and Ginza as a location to stay.

Especially if you’re planning extended shopping explorations around Ginza, this makes a very reasonable and convenient base. The essentials are perfectly provided, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-maintained room. While the room is on the smaller side for international travellers, the smart design makes it very manageable and comfortable.
