Room is small but clean. It's non staffed self check-in accommodation but the check in process is pretty smooth with all the instructions and tablets in place. It's very close and easily walkable to major attractions like Asakusa and Sky Tree, with many convenient store options around the corner.

Nice and quite neighborhood, it needs to take about 5min walk to metro subway. Facility of the room is great. Love to use the code to enter the room. So there is not risk to lost the enter card.

Great room and greay location.

I enjoyed my stay here at Rakuten stay in the okaimono panda room. The only small issue i had was the ac would drip on me at night when i was sleeping. Everything else was really nice. Great area to stay in. I'll definitely book here in the future.

This hotel is definitely going to split opinions. If you follow the onboarding instructions/requirements before you leave it definitely makes the final validation call when you arrive that much easier. I helped a couple of people stranded outside because they didn't read the message from the hotel when they booked. That aside the room was clean and had just enough space for two people to shower, sleep and store their belongings. This won't be the best option for everyone but its a quiet, safe and secure place to stay in one of the best cities on the planet - I'll stay here again.
