Worst place ever. HORRIBLE!
The rooms are not normal sized rooms. This place was NOT advertised as a "capsule" hotel. We were surprised to find out the height on the rims are half the normal size. We were traveling with elderly people and they had to crouch into rooms. They had back aches because of this.
Also the place has metal garage doors right next to the rooms that rattle when the wind blows. So we heard loud metallic banging all night while trying to sleep. It's also on the ground level, so you will hear everything on the street. Also, the rooms are not fully enclosed. There is a gap around the walls - you can hear everything between the rooms. So you can hear talking and snoring.
The sliding door at the entrance is also not sealed well. So there is a cold draft that enters the house which is not energy efficient. And then they expect you to turn off all the power and water heater before you leave the apartment each day.
There are limited towels in the apartment. They had the most complicated "recycling" sorting ever. And we got bit by bugs on one of the nights.
We contacted Expedia about this. Expedia started that they could not get in touch with the property manager and could not fully refund us. They did provide a partial credit.
This place should be taken off Expedia as they are a capsule hotel but not stating this on their description.
