So during my stay there the mini fridge broke and filled the room with ammonia gas when I came back after a long day it hit me hard eyes watered lungs burned had to get the staff and they switched me rooms but they didn’t offer any compensation for it would have been willing to stay there again but after they said moving me was the compensation which it’s not it was required since it was a health issue I would not always check your mini fridge to make sure it’s working in Japan they use ammonia

First time visiting Tokyo with my family. Excellent staffs and breakfast menus! We had the best stay in Tokyo thanks to all wonderful staffs! The rooms were small compared to American standard but we (3 family members) had no problem at all. Will definitely come back next time!
