We had an amazing time at the property we were a family of three on our first trip to Japan, it was in a great location and well distributed with easy access to shinjuku and nishi-shinjuku stations, it is on a quiet neighborhood really amazing due to the closest to Shinjuku. The studio has everything you need and our host was accesible and fast response, he spent some time explaining and suggesting landmarks, restaurant and activities, a great help for first time Japan travelers. Being so close to both train stations made it so easy to transport within Tokyo and a few stations from Tokyo station for users of the Shinkansen (bullet train). We definitely will be back
