OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda was an excellent place to stay during our trip to Japan. The hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable, with amazing views of Tokyo. The location is very convenient, with Gotanda Station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Lots of food and shops close by. The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were well designed, and the entire hotel had a great atmosphere. After long days exploring Tokyo, it was always nice to come back and relax here. I would definitely stay at OMO5 Tokyo Gotanda again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use.

Close to the station, nice decor and staff. Room was very small and the towels were very thin. The beds were on the wooden platform and the mattresses slide and move so not safe.
