Positive parts: 1)The room itself was big for Tokyo although we paid for it. 2) The rainfall showerheads were much needed after long days. 3) Room is well serviced and clean The only negative parts of our stay: 1)The room: The room is badly designed for stays over a night or two. No room for suitcases, and storage. A cupboard right next to the bed that you can't really open. 2) The hotel restaurant. I could barely eat the bagel. I don't know why they force you into a set menu. The combinations are terrible - there are no good options and it is stupidly over priced. We paid abut $70 for a breakfast we didn't eat besides the toast and eggs. 3) When you arrive early, despite people checking out, they don't offer the option to pay extra to get into your room. We arrived at 7.30am and had to wait a few hours. No offer of water, nothing. So in that regard, they were not hospitable or helpful.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel is fantastic and made our stay so nice. The staff in the restaurant were super- accommodating to our dietary restrictions and the food was excellent.

The hotel is well located and their staff is super friendly, most of them speak English. Room was very clean but tight with limited storage space. The gym was outdated and super small. No room service and the restaurant was too high-end so there we few eating options for international guests.

The hotel itself was okay. I had to ask the lobby to please ask the people who cleaned our room to actually clean it. They would usually replace towels, make the bed and throw away the towels. I had to request for the room to be vacuumed, or counter tops to be wiped down, or used cups to be replaced. The area around the hotel was somewhat okay. Lots of options for food, Walking distance from a lot of restaurants. However, there are a few bars and night clubs in the area. If you’re staying with small children, be careful walking around in the later evenings, or early mornings. We often saw people completely inebriated, throwing up, sleeping outside of the club. Saw a few people very clearly on drugs, a couple of prostitutes and even saw a woman getting arrested at a nearby store.

The staff where very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the restaurant had great food. The location is great for access to food, shopping and transit system. I would stay here again.
