Rooms very clean and wonderfully quiet. Stylish design. Balcony in the heart of Tokyo was a lovely bonus. Washbasin area in the bathroom was quite dark with a single downlighter. Lack of room service was a slight disappointment but lots of convenience stores nearby. Japanese Bath was wonderful and a huge highlight!

A nice, clean, and cozy hotel. Simple but tasteful decor and staff were friendly. The bath on the 2nd floor was heavenly. We will be back for sure.
