Overall very nice place! Room for 5 of us here. Small but manageable. Quiet and safe. Nice staff. Had washers for us. Close to restaurants. Would stay again. But need to add cable television for us foreigners.

Very spacious room, excellent location for ueno park, trains and eating. The room is really big for a family of 5 it worked well with two doubles and two bunks. As Main downside was pillows on beds were very hard not most comfortable, and hotel doesn’t have luggage forwarding assistance. Small things that held back a really good hotel

We had the bigger room and it was perfect for my family. The room was cleaned air-conditioning works great. The staff was helpful but at times you need to wait for them because they are always working on keeping the building clean and well stocked. There is 2 subway stations near by that will take you anywhere. A few streets over there is a busy street with plenty of shopping and food to try. Everything you need is in walking distance and there was 2 elevators which was helpful. With that said this place was a great choice and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Poor check-in experience. If you like speaking to an iPad with a foreign person (non Japanese,non English) instead of a human than this is for you. An online form etc and all that crap to check in. Was confusing. Luggage drop off was “at own risk” and door was left open regularly but other careless tourists. Location was great, room was good. Everything else sucked
