In 4 hoyels I've stayed, this was the only that there was no takyubin service. Also, they didn't allow to keep our luggage even for a few hours after our checkout. The communication was another dranwback, only by Line (kind of japanese whatsapp). Definitely, I won't pick any Minn hotel anymore far away from a japanese chain standards.

Great location; 2 min walk to subway or Seven - eleven. Have washing machine in room is great plus. Be prep that there will be no room service during your stay. Full kitchen is not needed for us. We would stay here again next time.
