The staff was very helpful. I was annoyed that I had to phone the reception at the middle of the night, because I was put in a room next to the staircase, and someone had decided to have a stepdance party on the staircase as I was trying to sleep. The room was very luxurious, but in poor condition. I hope management will put some effort into restoring the rooms. I very much appreciate the staff and the amenities in the reception. I would like to try visiting again some other time.

Great location overall to get away from the hustle and bustle especially during peak seasons. Short walk to Meguro station for quick trips to all the key stops on Yamanote line. Hotel was modern, clean, and served us well. Small rooms, but that’s expected - you’ll only be there for a good nights sleep after exploring the city. Would stay again.
