Very polite staff. My guest and I were always greeted when leaving and entering the property. My only complaint is the beds are super thin and was very uncomfortable to sleep on, other than that I would definitely highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was an excellent hotel room for my family of 4 with sufficient space and dining area. It is a wondering experience. Good services from staffs. This is the first time I stay in Kinshicho and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around

Great family hotel

Stay was really great we stayed 9 days during the scorching hot summer. Came with 2 kids the best part is it’s spacious and clean. Also the location was chosen since kinshicho goes to a lot of places in Tokyo. Mainly came for the miku concert which was a 50 minute ride and then the ghbili museum which was 50 mins also. Staff is really nice and speaks most the major languages. Will come again during the next Tokyo visit.

Very close to the train station. Many shopping and dining options if you google them. There are three malls within walking distance, and about 8 convenience stores. Many food courts with both Japanese and western (Italian, American, French) options. Beds were perfect.

Fantastic Stay for Family of Five

This hotel was perfect for our family of five with small children. The beds were great and having a table we very helpful for our children. The laundry was very affordable, easy, and convenient so we could pack less. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers from the kids. The location was close to the metro station and many nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel to any family with kids and will stay here again if we ever return!
