Extremely convenient location with tons of restaurants, shopping, karaoke, bars, and supermarkets within an easy walking distance. The train station is also very convenient for getting to and from Narita and also Tokyo station. Rooms are ENORMOUS by Japan standards. Great overall location and experience!

My wife, our 1-year-8-month-old, and I stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho from October 6th to 8th. I had heard great things about this hotel, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our last-minute vacation changes (we couldn’t visit TeamLabs since it was sold out). The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great hotel for families. Spacious rooms, beds for everyone, friendly staff. There is a good size laundry at hotel making it easy to wash/dry. It is close to the station with restaurants around so easy to grab food on your way to or from station. There is a Lawson right next door, for late night or early morning snacks. Staff is very friendly, they speak English which was very helpful. They also offer luggage transport from hotel which is very useful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for when traveling with children.

I would highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice,clean and spacious for Japan. We will be back at Mimaru again when we visit Japan in the future.

Very polite staff. My guest and I were always greeted when leaving and entering the property. My only complaint is the beds are super thin and was very uncomfortable to sleep on, other than that I would definitely highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great family hotel

Stay was really great we stayed 9 days during the scorching hot summer. Came with 2 kids the best part is it’s spacious and clean. Also the location was chosen since kinshicho goes to a lot of places in Tokyo. Mainly came for the miku concert which was a 50 minute ride and then the ghbili museum which was 50 mins also. Staff is really nice and speaks most the major languages. Will come again during the next Tokyo visit.
