Great little hotel, centrally located. About a 15 minute walks from central shops and attractions. Although the rooms are smaller than European hotels, it was so manageable. I think this hotel offers great value for where you are.

Flashback to 80s, or even maybe 70s Japan. Very interesting experience. Wish new hotels had modern versions of all the gadgets that were in the room. Apparently, the room allowed smoke, but the smell was not too strong even for a non-smoker (though I wouldn't stay more than one night). Overall good place for a short stay especially if traveling for business.

Staff here were great and helped a lot with advice on getting to and from certain locations and were very professional and courteous. Room was good for the price and had a nice view over the city, a nice bonus due to luck with room location. 7 11 across the road perfect for withdrawing cash at the ATM and general konbini shopping. Ten minute walk to Toho Cinema and Shinjuku shopping districts, unmissable if you visit the area. Highly recommended.
