Nightmare hotel by the train tracks

The noise from the train tracks was deafening. The tv is setup in the most awkward position. What they pass off as the tv program was pornography just placed in plain view. The staff wanted to charge me 820 yen just to reserve a cab (utterly pathetic).

Good quality hotel for our first time in Tokyo. The hotal is located in a business district which has lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is also quiet on weekends and nights. The JR Yamanote line is close by which gets you nearly everywhere in Tokyo.

Just right provision of all the amenities in the room. The bathroom was just nice, the pantry was just nice, the overall room size was just nice given the budget. Very clean and staff do try their best to assist despite the language barrier.

シャワーだけ残念

シャワーの温度調整が難しく、ストレスがたまる。 線路か目の前なので騒音を心配したが、ほとんど気にならなかった。 部屋はとてもきれいでした。 風呂トイレ別なのはうれしかった。 また利用したいです。

お風呂が広い

ワンルームマンションで、キッチンには電子レンジと湯沸しポットはありましたが、調理できるガス台やIH、食器はありませんでした。 お風呂とトイレ、キッチンと部屋の間にはドアがあってへやは静かでした。お風呂はトイレとは別で洗い場が広くて快適でした。

少し残念ですが、また利用はしたいです。

浜松町と田町の中間にあります。少し歩きますが、アパートメントのようなお部屋なので、リラックスできました2泊しました。若干次の日のおそうじが雑でした。二泊したのに、一泊のみ朝食が無料ということはチェックインの時には知らされなかったので、その点はがっかりしました。フロントの対応は悪くはないですが、必要なことはきちんと伝えるようにしてください。

Very nice place to station and downtown

Couldn’t be better than here at in terms of location. This hotel is the best place to Hamamatsucho and Hinode station. Also every staffs were very nice.

最寄り駅からも遠く，近くにコンビニや飲食店も無いことから，残念な感じでした。 以前，マンションだった所を改装した感じで，トイレとお風呂が別なのは良いのですが，お風呂を上がってから部屋までにコンクリート張りの所を通らなければならず，タオルが余計に必要な感じでした。

スペイシーなビジネスホテル

客室が広いだけでなく独立した各バスルーム・トイレも余裕がありました。設備はシンプルで少々年季もいってましたが清潔感はありました。自販機の値段もリーズナブルと思いました。 マイナス要素は洗面台がない(流し台で代用です)、駅に近くないことでしょうか。そこを承知で使うには良さそうです。

マンションをリノベーションした快適ホテル

ホテルに到着。あれ？フロント。あれ？ エレベーターで4階へ。マンションやん！ ドキドキしながら部屋を開けると、 キレイにリノベーションされたワンルームタイプでした。風呂とトイレが別なのも、結構嬉しい。快適に過ごせました。

깃차길이 옆에 있어서 잠을 못잤습니다. 호텔 1층에 직원이 영어도 안되고 일본어도 잘 하지 못하는 중국사람으로 추정됩니다. 다시 안갑니다.

実用的

駅からは少し歩きます。一度覚えてしまえばストレスではない距離です。 室内は電車の音がすごいのですがドア2枚閉めると大丈夫ですと言われその通りでした。少し年代を感じる建物ですが意外なほど落ち着ける感じでした。広いし。 また使いたいホテルです。

ワンルーム生活

駅からそれなりの距離があります。バス・トイレ別の部屋で、風呂場に洗い場があったのは有難かったです。一方、洗面台がなくキッチンの流しで共用のあたりは仕方ないのかもしれません。朝ごはんのパン・ジュース・コーヒーを部屋に持ち出せるのは、ワンルームマンション風の部屋との整合性が高く、良いですね。

羽田空港へのアクセスが良いサービスアパートメント

都内ビジネスホテルと同じくらいの予算で広々とした部屋に滞在できたので満足度は高かった。部屋自体も清潔に保たれていた。バス・トイレはセパレートで、バスルームも洗い場があり広かった。洗面所が無いのが少し不便だったが、流し台があったので事足りた。 浜松町駅から10分ほど歩かなければならないが、羽田空港からはモノレールで1本なので非常に便利だった。

최악의 호텔

여기 정말 비추합니다. 우선 더블베드룸 예약했는데 자기들 멋데로 트윈룸으로 변경 했습니다. 방이 커져서 좋은거 아니냐고 생각 할수 있는데 쓸데없이 침대하나가 늘어나 결국엔 공간이 없어 좁습니다. 그리고 여기 청결 상태 매우매우 최악 입니다 제가 올린 사진 보면 에어콘이 먼지와 곰팡이 덩어리 입니다. 싱크대에는 머리카락이 떨어져있고 욕실에는 때낀 거울이 있습니다. 침대옆에 있는 시계는 배터리가 없어 멈춰있는 상태입니다 가격이 그나마 다른 호텔에 비해 싸서 예약했는데 다시는 이용할 생각 없습니다. 그리고 일본 호텔예약 사이트 가면 꽤 평가가 높은데 아마 일본손님 우선으로 새로 인테리어한 방을 제공하는거 같습니다 제가 묵은 방에 묵고서 그 까다로운 일본인들이 높은 평가를 줄리가 없습니다

최악의 호텔

예약한 방과는 다르게 제일 꼭대기 이상한 방으로 자기들 멋대로 바꿈. 방 매우 더럽고 이런방을 손님에게 제공한다는 자체가 매우 웃김. 1박 13만원. 이 호텔 절대 비추천.
