Fabulous hotel! The staff are very friendly and professional. There are excellent food options if you’re looking to stay in and relax. Great location with proximity to Shinjuku proper and Shinjuku station- making it very convenient to the majority of Tokyo. We had a beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a lovely view. Wonderful hotel in a great area of Tokyo.

Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Awesome staff!

Everything was near perfect for my stay. The staff was wonderful in every way and helped with getting cabs, room service and storing luggage until I was ready to depart. The hotel is in a great location and easy to navigate from. I'll be staying here again during my next trip to Tokyo.

Lovely hotel - good location - only negative was they decided to shut the rooftop bar for a photo shoot and we didn’t get to experience drinks with a view.
