They rescued me for myself. I went to this other hotel hostel and I didn’t find it adequate at all. It was terrible. I mean the guy was nice. He was a good guy but I just didn’t realise how claustrophobic the bunkbeds were. This place was wonderful they took me at the last minute and I didn’t realise that I ordered two breakfast and they made it right. They were just so wonderful

This was a great location. Lots of eateries nearby. The area was clean and close to stations. The room was a bit small but appears to be standard for tokyo

Easy to find and not to far away from the train station. Also having a laundry facility within is amazing. They have small convenient products such as hairbands, razors, tea, etc in the front for customers to have, which is amazing of them to provide to us. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff were not as welcoming as other hotels in Japan during check in, one male staff in particular. But the room is decent and spacious. Checkout is smooth and quickly done. The hotel is next to the main street where the noise from ambulance can be heard clearly

We had a very very unpleasant stay at a Richmond hotel in another location, so when we had to book in that hotel at that specific location we were not pleased with the idea and got ready for the worse. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, front desk staff seemed very kind, knowledgeable and well prepared. They had little games and books for small children which our daughter absolutely loved. There are sooo many things to do in the surrounding area, near the station, so location was pretty convenient. Room was good and breakfast was nice. Against all pronostics, we really liked the hotel

The buffet was amazing! Had a large variety of foods that included Western food and Japanese food. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. I enjoyed being able to see the laundry current conditions on the TV, but the dryer is quite weak and wouldn’t recommend using it if you’re using this hotel with a family. It might be worth it for individuals. My only other complaint is that the area around it is quite busy and noisy so it can be hard to sleep.
