Rooms were clean, love the toilets, bento box breakfast were good, sake, beer and wine available every night was awesome and so was the coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Great location and largest very comfortable bed. They need to remove the carpet in the lounge area and replace with hard surface (very dirty carpet)

This was such a great location by lots of shops, restaurants and mini marts. Very easy to get to and the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the breakfast each morning, it was a very well put together breakfast. The free sake and wine around dinner was a nice compliment as we return from the day’s activities.

There is much to love about this hotel. It has a great location close to Shimbashi Station, Ginza, Donki, and many restaurants. Snacks and drinks are available in the lobby where it is possible to cobble together a light breakfast. Coffee is pretty good too. The room is spacious and my only complaint would be that the bed is a bit too firm for me. We would stay here again.

Clean and spacious room with lovely big windows. Plenty of toiletries to use and a very comfortable bath. As we were on the premium floor we had an access to an additional lounge with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was so-so, if you prefer a savoury breakfast then both Japanese and Western breakfast are good but if you are a sweet tooth then I am afraid there’s not much of it. Location is very good. Would stay there again.
