Room: The standard room is relatively spacious for Tokyo! For the price we paid, I was so impressed. We could easily keep three suitcases open and still have plenty of space to move around. It’s got everything you need, just like your typical well-equipped Japanese hotel. Location: Love the spot! It’s a 10-min walk from Tokyo Station, but even better, there’s an underground passage connected to Tokyo Station, just 1 min away. It was a lifesaver when it rained since we stayed totally dry. Otherwise, from Tokyo station, the hotel is just less than 10 mins walk. Staff: Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and their English was great!

Great hotel! Really comfy and spacious compared to most hotels in Tokyo. Very convenient location, short walk to one of the Tokyo station exits and quick access to good food and malls around the area. AC worked well for both cooling and heating in winter. Hot water shower is always available. Laundry room is available for use which is great too!

Great location and service but 3 adults and 1 child was only given 3 beds. The third bed should be bigger since sharing with child. The three single beds are meant for 3 people. I book 3 adults plus one child. How can one child share a single bed with an adult? There was only 3 single beds for total 4 people. Too tight...

We liked the location becasue it is about 4 blocks feom Tokyo station. In addition, we can access the underground shops leading into the station about a block away from the hotel. There are so many shops and restaurants around the station that technically one never really needs to go anywhere else to eat or shop. The hotel is also surrounded by high end shops and about 15 minutes walk to Ginza. Its an easy train ride to areas like Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, and Shinjuku. Unlike these areas, which are usually loud and crowded, this hotel is located in a quieter part of the city (Nihombashi). We booked a double (queen?) room. All amenities were there. My one complaint would be there is little room around the beds but it's what to be expected for a budget hotel.
