My experience at this hotel was extremely stressful. The building has only one way to exit, and it is entirely dependent on an elevator. Because I have an anxiety and claustrophobia condition that makes using elevators very difficult, this setup created a significant issue for me. When I explained how this was affecting my anxiety and asked for assistance, the staff showed little understanding or concern. They were insensitive to the situation and refused to issue a refund for several days, which only added to the distress. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with anxiety, medical concerns, or mobility needs. The lack of empathy and inflexible policies made my stay far more difficult than it needed to be.

It was great. I stayed with my mother who is a very picky sleeper, but she said she slept well. We picked the hotel because it was close to the Tsukiji fish market, so we were able to walk around the fish market in the early morning before we checked out. Also, there are many nice restaurants near the hotel so that was good too.
