The room was clean and the 3 beds could of accommodated 2each. Amenities were complete, robe slippers and downstairs you had toothbrushes, combs, coffee, mouthwash etc. you name it they have it. Money exchange machine as well. My family will definitely use KoKo again. The neighborhood was vlesn and safe. A walk to Family mart and some restaurants. Walking distance to Ginza shopping district.

The hotel is in ginza which is good for shopping without needing transportation. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the Japanese omelet and the Japanese croissant was excellent! The room had the four beds needed for four people.
