This is my third time staying at this location. I loved the residential area. I was surrounded by locals most of the time, and the good thing was that the hotel is located in the heart of Kappabashi, known as the kitchenware district in Tokyo. I was also just a 10-minute walk from the 24/7 Donkie store and the Sesoji temple. Highly recommend this location or any KOKO hotels.

Good hotel in a super convenient location.

It’s a nice hotel in a great location. The room was small but clean and comfy. A washing machine in the room was a big plus. The location is super convenient. The staff was good with a good service. The pro was that the window was toward another building (tat was verrry close) so no window opening.

Very nice large room, conveniently located to transit, lots of grocery options nearby. Convenient to tourist sites but not in a touristy part of Asakusa. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Accommodating front desk staff. Room amenities in the room always available at the lobby, you just help yourself with whatever you need. I like the passcode access to ride the elevator. Having the washer/dryer machine in the unit is a plus. Walking distance to train station and Tokyo sky tree and Asakusa area. Restaurant options and convenience/supermarket nearby
