The facility was very new, clean, and well maintained. The large public bath was smaller than I expected, but it was still spacious enough to relax. I was especially impressed that when I skipped room cleaning, they left fresh towels and amenities in a bag hanging on my door without asking. The location is also very convenient, as it’s close to the airport.

4 stars only because it’s not that easy to get to and taxis often drop you off a little ways away. But the hotel room was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the plaza it’s connected to had good food options! Just a quick overnighter between flights. Room and property were clean and well-maintained. My bathroom was an interesting blend of traditional and modern and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Note, the free airport shuttle is very punctual - if you’re on time, you’re probably late.
