Neighborhood:
Just 15 seconds’ walk to a FamilyMart convenience store. Within 5 minutes on foot you’ll find at least 2–3 supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, and even a public bathhouse (sento).
House Information (approx. 80 m², 3-story steel structure):
1st Floor: One double bedroom, one toilet, one bathroom (with bathtub), washbasin with two faucets, and a drum-type washing machine.
2nd Floor: Open kitchen and a 4.5-tatami mat Japanese room (sleeps 1–2 people).
3rd Floor: Large tatami dormitory room with futon mattresses (sleeps up to 4 people), one shower room, and one toilet.
Facilities & Amenities:
IH induction stove, microwave, drum-type washing machine, pots/pans/tableware, electric kettle, TV (with YouTube & Netflix access), bath towels, toothbrushes, slippers, body soap, shampoo, and high-speed fiber internet.
Why Ōtsuka Station is so convenient:
From Ōtsuka, the JR Yamanote Line takes you directly to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ueno. The station layout is very easy — once you enter, the platform is right there!
Local Tip:
Near Ōtsuka Station there’s one of the most famous rice ball (onigiri) shops in Japan, using premium Koshihikari rice. Definitely worth trying!
