The entire experience was exceptional. From the concierge to the reception was a genuine 5 star. The view of Tokyo Bay was exquisite and the service overall, including the bar and dining areas was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!

IMO best place to stay in Tokyo. It is not in busy places like Shinjiku or Shibuya and that is what makes it prefect place to stay after busy day. It is close to Tokyo Bay with amazing view. It is next subway station and 10 min away from JR Line. All in all, I will always would stay here when I come to Tokyo for sure!

Nice hotel. Got upgraded to a beautiful view room overlooking the bay. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel. Not too many shops/restaurants within walking distance however just a short train ride or cab and you are in the heart of the Ginza district.

Great stay- worth the extra train ride!

Overall was an incredible stay! When we checked in our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. They quickly transferred us to a new room that was MUCH better. Service was amazing and the staff is what you’d expect from a five star. My only recommendation would have been to offer better coffee in the morning and to perhaps have offered something in place of our first night spent in the smoky room. Rooms are big for Tokyo and the views are incredible! Despite being a bit dated they are clean and appointed, just be sure to ask that your room was NEVER a smoking room. A lovely experience of Eastern Hospitality

Everyday we entered or exited through reception every single staff member greeted us, making us feel very welcome. All the staff we interacted with recognised us and were fluent English speakers. The room was very tidy, fully equipped and had an excellent view of the bay. Cannot praise the staff enough for making us feel at home and welcome as tourists.
