What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing amount of restaurants right in the hotel, and one of the nicest club lounges we have had which is on 2 levels as well. The staff are incredible of course. Highly reccomend, and would definitely stay again.

Really great staff in the lounge took care of our family and helped us out with a room change. We had an amazing view of the Tokyo tower and loved our room. It was modern and upgraded. The lounge was great for tea, cocktails and breakfast. We also appreciated the staff help at the bell desk with taxis.

Great staff. Super clean hotel. Pay for the club access if you have kids. Its really nice because the kids can just pop in and out as they need to eat or drink.

Everything worked well but I would recommend you have the swimming pool in operation and perhaps thinking about adding a jacuzzi tub or two.
