The staff were really friendly. I have arrived to Japan via a red eye flight, and I was lethargic from the flight in the morning. They gave me an early check-in due to room availability which is a nice gesture. On my last day, they have also kindly allowed me to have a late check-out at 12 noon. This allows me more time to head out to buy souvenirs. Daily room cleaning was great. Though the room is small, it is perfect for a solo traveller and I would recommend this hotel if anyone who just require a room to stay. The hotel is conveniently located between Ginza and Shimbashi Stations, and you can go to Disneyland or Shinjuku/Tokyo quite conveniently.

I didn’t have high expectations but Ibis Styles Ginza has definitely impressed me. It is good value for money, the room is good size (not massive but with this price it is adequate for me as a solo traveller). The staff speaks good English and they have a convenient store just cross the road, and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I come back next time.
