The rooms were so clean and have many good amenities. The staff was super helpful and tentative to any questions we had. The breakfast was very good, they had meals in rotations which was nice. The laundry room was so convenient, with it being a washer and dryer all in one. We forgot some items they were so kind to ship me my items home for me.

Corner room on the 15th floor was awesome. Great view to wake up to every morning! Comfy corner couch and firm beds. Plus the location was a short walk to Tamachi station and MSB Tamachi with so many dining options.

The room was very clean, the beds are quite hard. Lots of amenities provided like Refa hair curler and sewing kit when needed. The daily housekeeping will not make beds unfortunately they will only provide new pjs and waters. Would stay again for close location to JR train.

Always a great place to stay for my husband and I in a quiet but accessible part of Tamachi. We've stayed there three times because of the ease of location, and really kind staff. We stayed in one of the newer renovated King Size Superior Room suites and the bathroom was lovely. Will return in the future!
