It was quiet. The room was cleaned as promised. Twice a week sheets and every day trash and towels. Elevator worked good. We did not take breakfast option so no opinion there. The only thing I do not understand is why the lobby entry door rug was always dirty?? That remained a mystery…. But gave a bad first impression. Hot water worked good. Room had a hot/cold air conditioner and dehumidifier. Toilet had anti-fog mirror and a hair drier. Small fridge worked and was very handy. Toilet paper was one of the cheapest, but it was ok by me. The body wash/ shampoo was probably the best I ever had in any hotel. Pillows and comforters were good and soft. Mattresses were very hard. Very little space, but if you convince yourself that it’s a cruise ship cabin - you will feel better :). Higher floor helps as window makes room feel a bit bigger. The 5 star review is rather in comparison to other hotels in Japan in this price range.

Everything was very clean, and was very quiet in the hotel, staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful to us even though we couldn’t speak much Japanese Some lightbulbs were burnt out in the room and not sure if the aircon was broken but could only get heat from it not a big deal as the window allowed some fresh air in

AC works well, room is clean. Providing a cable for charging is thoughtful. Open corridor exposed guests to the elements of the weather. Fpr the room, no space fpr 2 luggages, though we have booked twin room. We have to walk sidewalk with luggages in the way, or move to let the other pass.

Hotel close to train station and easy start point, room semi-clean hair around bathroom and room, room and bathroom size of shoe box, room overheated without possibility to lower temperatures, breakfast was not ready to serve large numbers of quests, kitchen girl could not keep up to refeel juice, milk, and bread, that was kind of race who first will get bread rolls, coffee machine was splashing around black liquid, some of it get into the cup, at one point we were waiting for milk, juice and water longer than 30 min, the spot for breakfast was not designated therefore one person always had to stay near it and keep it not to be taken by different tourists. Well I would think twice if I need to stay again in this hotel

Stayed in a twin room with a friend between 24 and 28 Nov 25. It's a pretty small space with little room to move around, but this is only to be expected of your typical business hotel in Tokyo. The room was well kept, with fresh towels provided daily and simple cleaning done once every two days. The staff was also warm and friendly, helping me check in and out with no frills.
