The hotel was very clean with friendly staff in a great location in the city near multiple metro stops. Rooms are small, but that was expected in that area of Tokyo.

Rooms quiet, clean, small and utilitarian. Hotel lacks amenities. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and the breakfast was poor, ( ate at hotel block over ). Location is decent for Shinjuku station. Hotel lacks hospitality.

Room was decently bigger than I expected from the picture and really good for 2 people with 4 luggages. Location is in a great area near Shinjuku Station and Also the Airport Limousine Bus pick you up and drop you up here. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely will come back here next time
