Very conveniently located near the Ueno station. The staff were great. They have amenities like toothpaste, razor, hair care and skin care products in the lobby that you help yourself to. Very nice and convenient. Only issue was that the room and bed are very small but this to be expected in Tokyo.

The best part of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions, which saved us a lot of time. Plenty of food options nearby too. The room was tidy and quiet, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

My party's stay at Hotel Resol Ueno was great! We stayed for 7 nights, and on the 4th day they did a thorough cleaning of the rooms, otherwise every day our towels, trash, and waters got replaced. This worked for us as that was mainly what we wanted restocked daily anyway. The rooms are small compared to western hotels, but luckily the beds had ample space underneath to store luggage. Staff are friendly, room is well-kept and has good A/C for these summer months, and the location is great, just steps away from Ueno Station which is a major transit hub in Tokyo. All in all, you can't go wrong with a stay here!
