What a jewel to stay! The staff are positively wonderful, the hotel itself is spotless and pleasant. The location couldn’t be better, set in a relaxing environment with the ability to dive into hustle and bustle of the city! Would stay again!

Hotel Otani is beautiful. I do wish we spent a few more days here. The staff was helpful and amenities were plentiful. It's perfectly located within walking distance of places to eat and public transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again!
