The good: easily accessible from off the Keikyu line, which makes coming/ leaving for Haneda easy (15 -20 mins give or take). I heard the breakfast was good and a good deal. But I wasn't able to take advantage since I don't eat breakfast. Room is nice size that doesn't feel cramped like in city center. The bad: check-out is 1 hour earlier than most places at 10 am. I checked in two hours earlier and just need a place to get changed; paid ¥4000 which essentially half what the room cost lol. Shuttle is not frequent and only runs half day. But not a major issue given how close by the airport Express is; taxi doesn't cost much either

The room was very clean, and the blanket’s sheets are super comfortable because it was made by best quality cotton. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful in providing us many information about where to go and find the Japanese foods to eat for our dinner. The location is great as it is very close to Haneda Airport. The transportation is great and easy to get to the hotel.

Room was left quite warm at 30 C (84.5 F) when I first entered, but with the air conditioning, this was easy to fix! Great breakfast too and extremely helpful with holding luggage after checkout

The basic job of a hotel is to provide somewhere to sleep for the night; this one fails on that simple score. My room had a fan running constantly in the bathroom, which could be heard in the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep. According to the front desk staff, all rooms are the same here. I am astonished that anyone designing or running a hotel would think that this is acceptable. If you value a good night's sleep, my advice is to find somewhere else to stay.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful! The room was bigger than I thought and very clean! The location was great - near a train station! The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport was also convenient and the driver was really kind! Overall a great experience staying in this hotel!
