I love how the staff were friendly and mostly accommodating for English speakers. The location is close enough to the train station/airport and a small walk between convenience stores/markets. The only downside to my stay was my room had small drill holes/scratches on the wall due to remodeling. But other than that everything was fine 10/10. Would stay again.

Super convenient for an overnight for early flight out of Haneda. Hotel staff were very expedient and customer oriented, walkable neighborhood, good breakfast options, hotel shuttle in the morning. Room was very small but it was just as I expected it to be. I would stay here again.

I’m coming back!!

I would most definitely stay here again! The hotel was always clean, staff always kind and helpful, and the laundry facilities are a plus. The hotel is right next to the Otorii station which makes getting on and off the train easy. There’s lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby. The hotel and the area it is in is very quiet and peaceful! Not a crowded area at all!

I forgot my portable battery in the apartment, and so far no one has contacted me to inform me whether it was found or not. Other than that, I found the cost to be high for a hotel, especially considering that breakfast was not included in the daily rate. They could also provide a transfer to the hotel during the night.

I stay at this hotel whenever my flight is going to land quite late, or my outgoing is going to be quite early. For early flights, they have an airport shuttle and if the flight is late, the taxi fare is very reasonable. The property is clean and quiet. Love that they have some snacks for purchase in the lobby, a vending machine for drinks, and a laundry! I can walk to 2 different convenience stores in less than 2 minutes and a train station is also about 3 minutes away. Rooms are small and cozy - the bathroom products are a nice quality and their internet is stable for those that need to work while there.

Great place to stay if you are looking for something close to the airport for an early flight. If you are looking for a place as a tourist coming to Tokyo, I would not recommend it, it's more of a local area without a lot to do around the hotel

The room was very small. We only needed a hotel close to the airport as we were leaving Japan. We arrived late morning and only needed the room until 8pm for a quick shower. Even knowing this there was no way the reception was going to let us into the room before 3pm. Strange when I was told the room was ready but couldn’t use. Not the customer service I expected from Japan. We only picked this hotel as the large print said free airport shuttle. The fine print was that it was only in the morning. Deceptive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Walkable to many restaurants near by and really close to the train station! A plus is that it offers free airport rides with reservations. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast but it looked delicious! The staff greeted me each time entered and left. They were great! Very convenient with location, amenities, food, and transportation. I recommend it to anyone! Will stay again!
