The staff were fantastic and very helpful. For some reason my rooms plug socket was at the bottom of the wall next to the bathroom. The USB charging point next to the bed was slow charging so for me it wasn'tgoing to be good ebough, especiallysince I have camera batteries to charge. The bathroom itself was rather small too, even for Japanese standards. The location of this hotel was very close to Nippori station which made things so much easier for getting around. I think overall this hotel is a 4 star simply because of the room.

The key to this hotel is to request a double room—one with two double beds. You get more space and a bigger, more comfortable bathroom! Once we moved from the room with a single bed to the double, we were happy! The staff here is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is extensive, although the scrambled eggs are runny.
