The location is great, close to Kasai station and there's Disney bus shuttle going every 20 minutes. The room with 3 beds was quite big for Japan and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. We slept well. Breakfast was a bit basic, but sufficient and delicious (coffee machine, but no cappuccino, delicious boiled eggs, but no fried eggs, green salad, but no other veggies etc) and included in the price. Staff are very polite and pleasant! Overall great value for money, I would stay again with pleasure!
