The room was very clean and had the bonus of a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was compact and well-stocked. However, the room was incredibly small for two people and there is little space for handing clothes/suitcases. The hotel was also not able to provide more than one key card which made arrangements more difficult.

Laundry room did not work it took us 3 hours to dry our clothes, would’ve been better to walk to a coin laundry which only took 30 minutes than to waste the hours that we could’ve been exploring shinjuku. Rooms are small but that was expected. There were a lot of hard water stain in the shower glass that did not come off, disposable slippers would be better, did not trust the ones given to us, who knows if they’ve been clean
