Perfect hotel to stay in a great location right in the centre of Shibuya. The restaurant and bar are lovely and rooms nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s our second stay at this hotel & I’d stay again. It is worth upgrading from the standard room if you can for the extra space.

What a beautiful hotel and lovely experience! From having our luggage in our room upon arrival to their ordering a taxi for us while keeping our bags safe while we did last minute shopping and eating - I have ZERO complaints! We paid for the inclusive breakfast and it didn’t disappoint!
