The property is clean, and quiet. Close to a lot of shops and dining. The view from the room was decent and the size of the room was good too. But be aware of the extra person charge when you have a child over the age of six. I was surprised by this extra fee. Expedia considers a child up to the age of 17 years. The hotel does not. If you want an extra bed for your older child, that will be another additional cost. So just put your child as an adult when booking to see TRUE price. Also the breakfast is not worth the price. Very simple food, most items were cold.

The room was a good size and clean. However, I couldn’t sleep because of traffic noise. My room was on the 13th floor, and noise was significant. I had to sleep with noise canceling headphones. Not good. On the other hand, breakfast was overpriced. There’s a Costa Coffee right across the street that is very good. Location was excellent, with multiple close subway stations.

The service at this hotel was the worst of anywhere we travelled in Asia. We arrived late due to flight delays with 2 young children and were not even greeted with a hello or a smile. Numerous emails were sent to the hotel with little to no response. The location of the hotel is great and the rooms and the condition of the hotel were very good but the staff is little to no help and are very rude.
