We had a wonderful stay. We only stayed for one night and wished we were in Tokyo for longer--we would have stayed here for sure. The hotel and the surrounding garden is beautiful. After a busy week in Japan, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the gardens in the morning before heading to the airport. The gardens host the 'cloud' feature which is amazing to see. Even more importantly, the gardens are home to historic sites from Japan's extensive history. It is clear that the hotel and its staff take immense pride in keeping up with the grounds. The service was immaculate as well. We felt incredibly relaxed and pampered the whole time we were there, and are very thankful to the staff for their professionalism and care. We are already looking forward to our stay the next time we are back in Tokyo.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Such a wonderful place to start and finish our days. Walking the Japanese garden trails amongst the mist and water features was so stunning and so peaceful. The experience cannot describe in words.

This hotel was awesome! It has free breakfast, the hotel itself is beautiful with it's own private garden. The staff were very friendly and our room was great.
