I really loved how central this restaurant this was. Special thanks to the front reception staff for their support in the luggage holding. We arrived well before check in time, but they were so accommodating with our luggage. The room was so cozy, and my elderly parents loved the futon aspect! Thank you again, we hope to come back!

For quiet but easy connections to transit, hotel was in a perfect location. My family of four enjoyed our corner family room overlooking one end of Ueno Park. Park proximity was special. We utilized its amenities a lot - for a stroll, a run, and for enjoying culture. For western standards, space was tight but for Japan, room was bigger accommodation than expected. Staff was polite and respectful. We will return. Thanks for a nice week stay.
