We very much enjoyed our stay! It was difficult to tell in photos before booking the true size of the room, which was very small (typical for Tokyo hotels so not too much of a surprise!) So overall, 5 stars for the stay, 3 stars for the information ahead of time knowing exactly what you’re booking.

The room was adequately sized with excellent facilities. The staff kept the room clean, and plenty of free amenities were available. The hotel was within walking distance of a great train hub for convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The area is relatively international, so you can still get around if you are not proficient with Japanese.

Cleanliness and staff is so professional. Convenient location: 2 mins walking from 2 train stations. Separate Room for microwave and washer dryer. Free lockers for early check in or check out . Coffee shops, patisserie bakeries only 200meters away. 7-eleven only 2 mins walking only. 2mins walking to main street all kind of restaurants and shops

For the most part, a pleasant stay, esp the breakfast and the staff service was great but checking in with the robot just seems a little off-putting tbh. Also, extremely thin walls.

Good hotel for your Tokyo visit

Automated check-in was not a great experience, but a kind reception staff helped me, so it was fine. The mattress was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel was quiet, which was great.

Unusual hotel with robots at checkin and precious few human staff working largely behund the scenes. Clean rooms but very small, even by Japanese standards. Close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, with direct service to Haneda via the Tokyo Monorail. Easy access to Yamanote line and a few stops from Tokyo Shinkansen. Breakfast available at attached ramen shop, with conbini and other restaurants within easy walking distance.

Hotel in an amazing position with two train stations nearby. The thing I did not like about the hotel was there was nobody at the front desk and therefore it felt unwelcoming. The two robots are there for show and if you need help, which I did aa everything is in Japanese, I had to use the phone in the foyer for assistance. They come from behind reception. I never saw one live person at all in the reception area except for when I called them. The room was clean with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower but it was very small. There was a refrigerator size apparatus in the room which apparently washed clothes and or de-creased them. No matter how I tried it would not work for me. There were no television channels in English either. I was there for three nights and would have liked to have listened and watched something in English. The lift worked well and they were many restaurants nearby including one in the hotel where breakfast is served but it seemed to be run privately and not by the hotel at night. I had the best french fries I’ve ever tried there. I feel the best thing about this hotel was proximity to the train stations which I used every day as well as coming to and from Haneda airport on the monorail.
