All the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were very clean, and there were ample products offered for anyone who forgot something at home. The hotel is very well-located. The only negative point was that the room got quite cold when the temperature dipped and the heating system didn’t appear very effective.

Only 1 flaw... location was up a hill. Not a hard hill. But for older people... this will get tiresome. About a 10 minute walk to the Ginza and some other lines. The staff member who checked me in was very helpful. Switched me from a room with a broken toilet to a new room without hassle. Rooms are great for 1 person. 2 may fit but you'll have to be mindful. My safe didn't lock properly in the new room so I didn't use it. I didn't bother complaining again because they already moved me from a room with a broken toilet. 7-Eleven downstairs. And a couple of blocks from the Korean-Town type of restaurants. I wound up eating elsewhere tho outside of the area as the restaurants down the hill were overpriced, not too friendly, or good. Tried a couple of them then gave up. Just a 30 minute ride to either Arasuka, Odaiba, Shinjuku. If you figure out the train or bus system, this is an amazing location to get around Tokyo easily on the train. I'm actually glad the hill was there, it got me in shape. Plan on shopping the last day of your trip so you don't have to keep lugging it up the hill at the end of the day. The portable humidifer/fan in the room came in extremely handy. The room got hot easily evenn in November.
