Location of the hotel is very close to two train stations. Very nice area with convenient stores nearby. Staff were very helpful and I loved the warm lobby especially coming in from the outside cold.

Very basic rooms, furniture paint chipping, small, dimly lit, not much to do nearby. There's a Lawson's next door which is convenient. Front desk staff is very friendly though

Didnt have any luggage transport system. Told us to find a conveniance store without knowing which ones have the system. Ended up walking to multiple stores where i got nothing but headshakes. Every other hotel we went either had it or knew exactly which 7/11 could take our luggage. Ended up hauling big heavy bags through multiple trains catching stares from locals.

It's only a couple stops from Tokyo station and several lines go through this area. It's very convenient to get around the city. The microwave in the room was great. There's both a 7-11 and a Lawson at the intersection. Staff was friendly and helped me get checked in. Checking out took less than a minute. Cons: There's only one small elevator and the bathroom is tiny if you're over 5 feet.

Wrong location, dirty toilet but awesome bed

I was looking for a hotel in walkable distance to the Yamanote line. Unfortunately this hotel is NOT at the place where the map indicates! It's 40min walktime to Tokyo Station and not 5! I don't know if it's the hotels fault, google or hotels.com but this is unacceptable. Additionally the toilet was not cleaned or not proper it was very obvious unfortunately. Despite those things the bed was extremely comfortable.

Pros: - The staff were very professional and all except one knew English. - Having a reception allowed me to order things online and have it delivered - This accommodation was in a very convenient location: there were 2 train stations minutes away, dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and Akihabara within 10 minutes walk - The console next to the bed controlling the lights made it very convenient when falling asleep. Cons: - There was a smokey smell every evening which penetrated the room. I wasn't sure what it was (whether it's other guests smoking or the restaurant downstairs) but it lasted for hours and I could smell it despite my doors being closed and my room being on level 8. There was some kind of air treatment machine in the room which I tried using as well but it did not seem to do much about the smokey smell - Despite being on level 8, I could hear traffic very well since those noises tended to reverberate between the building and the adjacent one - The washing machine in the hotel worked fine but the drying machine was next to useless as my clothes remained damp despite having dried it for an hour
