Very spacious for 3 people. Has everything that you need. There was a small problem with the water heater due to cold weather, but staff was quick to help us with the problem.

施設は良いのですが……

施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。
