Really good hotel. Lovely staff, incredibly clean, massive room. Would certainly recommend it and stay again myself. Only two things to work on: breakfast isn’t great, there wasn’t much choice and everything was very slow to be replenished. The WiFi is the second thing. It was really slow and I resorted to using my data much of the time which was costly.

Nice area, not overly busy. Quick walk to Shimbashi train station (only 2 stops from Tokyo!). I love firm beds but if you prefer softer bedding, then I’d suggest asking for a mattress topper to assist. Friendly hotel and staff! Thankyou for our stay.
