The overall property is very large and spacious The gardens are a quick little moments of zen Having a 7-11 on the bottom floor was very nice and convenient. The room was a good size but from the photos shown vs what is now is a bit of an advertisement mishap The bathroom for the room given was out of date / an older design vs what is shown in the photos. Over all great stay, elevators during morning rush can use some work & prioritize an optional maintenance not during that time.

We stayed here one night. It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful. Staff spoke English on a fluent level. Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful. There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink. We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area.

Beautiful gardens & foyer. Very helpful staff. Rooms are simple but adequate. Shower is nice & hot but bed is ok- hard mattress & down pillows that disappear into nothing leaving no neck support. Quilt is too heavy with no single sheet as an option.

The shower was so messy and poorly designed (the water pressure was painfully hard - like a step further than massage mode), and the bathroom flooded due to a flimsy shower curtain. The carpet outside the bathroom felt like stepping on nails/staples, it was a weird metallic feeling - apart from that, the bedroom was very nice but I stayed in far cheaper hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with less stars that felt far more luxurious.
