We had a great stay — the area felt very safe, walkable, and clean. The place itself was comfortable and as described. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be having some recommendations for nearby luggage storage or a bit more guidance on that. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Great size and modern

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Zoskiki station and next to a 7/11, very easy to find. I rented a 6 ppl apt and it is quite large. The towels are not very appealing to be honest, brown, thin and small. The beds are very comfortable. The living room a/c wasn't working but the bedroom ones were working fine and took care of the whole apt. The only thing I missed was an iron. I needed to iron my husband's shirt for an event and they didn't have one. Other than that, this apt is pretty complete.

From what I gather, this is a pretty new place. Everything was clean and shiny. The building is literally right next to a police station (adds a measure of safety/security) and has a 7-11 just right around the corner to get food and charge up your Suica card. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to the Zoshiki train station, which is usually less busy and easy to get around in and make it to your destinations

在東京以這個價格可以住到這麼大的房子實在CP值很高，房子很新也很乾淨，裡面該有的都有，對在東京逗留四天的我們來說是非常好的選擇，只是雖然不是在馬路旁，但街道的車子往來還是稍嫌吵雜，另外沒有床頭櫃，比較不方便，其他都非常的好

Modernes grosses Apartment

modernes, grosses Appartement, voll ausgestattet und neuwertig. Liegt ca 7min von zoshiki station. Lage etwas ausserhalb aber und hat es gut gefallen, ruhig in seitenstrasse und man kann schnell nach Tokio rein. Tolles Preis/ Leistung, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen Es war etwas ungewohnt dass die betten auf rollen waren, eine zusätzliche key card bei mehreren personen wäre ein plus
